At Acheron, transformation is not a buzzword—it’s a way of thinking. Participating in the recent “Rewiring AI for HR” session organized by HYSEA, Febina Nashrin took us on a thought-provoking journey into the evolving world of Artificial Intelligence and its impact across functions.

The session began with a powerful question: “Are we evolving with AI, or watching it evolve without us?” From there, it unfolded into a dynamic discussion on how AI is not just changing industries—it’s rewiring the way we work, think, and lead.

Through real-life examples and practical insights, the session explored how AI is streamlining hiring processes, amplifying learning and development, enabling mood and risk prediction in talent intelligence, and automating mundane tasks across functions like Sales, Tech, and Ops.

Participants were invited to reflect on their own workflows—what could be automated, what needed transformation, and most importantly, how to co-create with AI instead of competing against it. The message was clear and empowering:

“The future isn’t AI vs. humans. It’s humans with AI vs. those without.”
